The Kimuak programme, supported by the Etxepare Basque Institute and Zineuskadi, boosts the presence of Basque short films bringing together a catalogue of the year’s best films to distribute to the most respected festivals and industry events around the world.

After evaluating a total of 75 shorts for the Kimuak 2022 edition, the jury has selected the following:

• HEMEN BIZI DA MAITASUNA, Ainhoa Olaso eta Enara García.
• HIRUGARREN KOADERNOA, Lur Olaizola.
• IRRITS, Maider Oleaga.
• LANBROA, Aitzol Saratxaga.
