FIRST PUBLIC SCREENING
The Kimuak 2018 selection will be screened this Thursday at 7:00 pm in San Sebastian, in a session organized by Filmoteca Vasca and Tabakalera.
The Kimuak program of the Department of Culture of the Basque Government, through the Etxepare Basque Institute and managed by Euskadiko Filmategia-Basque Film Library, aims to promote and distribute Basque short films. The titles collected in this last selection are the following: 592 METROZ GOITI by Maddi Barber, AMA by Josu Martinez, ANCORA LUCCIOLE by Maria Elorza, ESPEDIZIO HANDIA by Iban del Campo, KAFENIO KASTELLO by Miguel Ángel Jiménez, NO ME DESPERTÉIS by Sara Fantova and ZAIN by Pello Gutiérrez.
This catalog began its journey in the last San Sebastian Festival and since then has obtained a total of 109 selections and 13 awards. After participating in festivals such as Rotterdam, ZINEBI, Euskal Zine Bilera, SEMINCI, ALCINE, Visions du Réel, ABYCINE, Bogoshorts, Porto / Post / Doc or Aguilar de Campoo, this screening will be the first open to the general public and will also be presented by the authors themselves.
